I want to know if it's possible to make a user that have only rights to see scheduling in Cognos.
This user will be controller of all the reports that run in Cognos.
It's not necessary that this user rerun the report or to schedule the reports but only to check if the reports run successful.

There is a scheduling capability that a user can be granted. I believe this falls under the Cognos Administator license.
thanks for the answer, i was still busy to try it ,and now i have the user and see only the scheduling, that was the meaning.
But now I don't see anything under Current, Past and Upcoming activities ? when i login with a admin user i see reports that run under past and i see the upcoming activities, so something is not good with the rights, even when i make this new user member of the reports I can't see it,
