Hi All,

After login cognos connection i am getting following error "forbidden error" in IE page, previously it works, please any one give me the steps what i need to follow to resolve this issue and why i am getting this error i have full permission to access cognos connection

we are using IHS 7 web server and i found following error in error logs

"[error] [client 53.203.73.160] Directory index forbidden by Options directive: /global/site/vendor/cognos/c10_64/webcontent/samples/images/

I issued following command on IHS logs under /clocal/www/logs/IHS/70/https-443 folder."

This looks like a permission issue. Check your web server has access to the Folder.

Thanks for your response, permission also fine from webserver do you have any other solution to solve this

I suppose you are using IIS 7.0 or higher and you want to browse the images folder...
If so you'll have to enable WebDav....
