Title: Not able to see Excel Format option when I run the report with Run with Options

Hi,

One among the users could not see Excel Format option while he is running the the report with Run with options.  Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.  But this user can be able to see other Format Options like PDF, HTML, CSV.

Apart from this, User 2 has an issue of not able to see the format options of EXCEL and PDF but he can see HTML, CSV.

How come it is happening is it because of permission issue or browser issue.

Please advise.

Hi All,

I found the root cause for this issue.  In my company users are trying to run the reports using Google Chrome [Browser].  That's where they can't see the Option to run the report in Excel.
