If I run the report in PDF format, I have no error.
Do you have any idea?
Thank you

I know this thread is a couple years old.
Did you find a solutions for this error?
Anyone, can you help?
I am having a similar issue exporting 90K records to Excel 2007 Data.

I'm afraid I can't answer your question (it looks vaguely hardware related...?), but a more fundamental question what's the user going to do with 90,000 records? They aren't going to read through them all - are they looking for a particular set of conditions? Do they want to see the top 10 / bottom 50, only those where the description contains xyz? You could build a flexible report that gives them all of those options and more which would save them having to trawl through a vast spreadsheet like that...

				Everyone repeat after me....
....COGNOS IS NOT AN ETL TOOL.....COGNOS IS NOT AN ETL TOOL.....COGNOS IS NOT AN ETL TOOL....COGNOS IS NOT AN ETL TOOL....

You put it much more elegantly and succinctly than I ever could!

Although perhaps a tad more obnoxiously
