Print Page - Export to excel does not work

I chart report(Cognos 8.4)
My Chart output is to be in Excel 2007.
When I try to export the same to Excel 2007, the chart show up blank.

First section shows the html output. second section shows the excel 2007 output.

Any Clues please help.
