Title: profile replaced after first log on to connection

As the guide says below:
"A user profile is created when the user logs on to IBM Cognos software for the first time. It can also be created by an administrator. Initially, the profile is based on the default user profile."
Here is my steps:
If we add a step(Log on as user01) after step 1, it will work as expectation(user01 can see the My Page Tab).  Assuming your organization has some new users, Admin configures their profile and Tabs respectively. But he must do this after each new user logs on the connection for the first time or the setting will be replaced by the default profile. Am I doing something wrong or there is a workaround for that.

This is a known bug. It can be created in 3 ways:
- User logons
- System Administrator clicks on "Create user profile" => There's a fix available for. You should ask IBM support for "interim fix 10.2.1003.1094" which is issued on march 28th.
- System administrator adds the new user to a cognos role/group. Then automatically also a profile is created by the system => Same error occurs but still no fix available.
