Our cognos server were running fine. Then suddenly it went down. I got following error in the log file.We have distributed architecture.
CM-SYS-5133 While processing your request, Content Manager waited for 601.129 seconds to access objects that are currently locked. Contact your Cognos system administrator if this problem recurs.
Can u plz help what is the cause of this error and how to track the exact cause of it
I am suddenly having the exact same problem in Cognos Analytics 11.2.4FP4.
I found https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/cm-advanced-parameters-help-content-store-locking-issues, but it seems odd that I would need to do any of that since it wasn't needed a few hours ago.
Any idea how I can track down the source of this problem?
