Title: Upgrading Access Manager 7.5 For Windows2008 R2
Post by: fry on 17 Nov 2013 05:18:05 PM
Good Afternoon

We are looking at upgrading Access Manager from 7.3927 to 7.5 in preparation for Windows 2008 upgrade from Windows 2003.

We are currently using Sun One 5.2. We are looking at migrating to a newer version of Sun One.

Does anyone know if  we upgrade the Sun One directory server will the CAMIDS change ?

Thanks

If you maintain the same LDAP namespace and content (ie bring across the existing directory server into the new version of Sun One) I would hope the CAMIDs would remain intact. I've not tried it, though, and hope is not a strategy :)

I love your forum name, by the way! I wish I'd have grabbed it! :)
