Title: Help with Framework Manager Service

The company just upgraded to Framework 10.2 I copied over my CPF file from Cognos 8. When I attempt to open it I get the error ----

Unable to access service at URL:

http://localhost:80/ibmcognos/cgi-bin/cognos.cgi?b_action=xts.run&m=portal/close.xts

Please check that your gateway URI information is configured correctly and that the service is available.

For further information please contact your service administrator.

Hi,

It looks like you haven't set the correct URI in your new FM configuration to point to your installed Cognos 10 instance. Localhost will be looking on your local machine...

Launch Cognos Configuration on the machine running FM and change the gateway URI and dispatcher URI to match the values in the configuration of the BI server instance.
