Title: Error: RSV-SRV-0040

After Apply IBM patch up ex:  Upgrade to IBM Cognos Business Intelligence 10.2   Fix Pack 1  got Error Like


RSV-SRV-0040:

The report server encountered an internal error. Check additional information associated with this error message. If cause of problem cannot be ascertained, increase the logging level in the IBM Cognos administration tool and reproduce the conditions that caused the error. If the problem persists, see the problem determination information on the IBM Cognos Support Portal page at http://www-947.ibm.com/support/entry/portal/Overview/Software/Information_Management/Cognos_Business_Intelligence.


If Any one has solution Please Exaplain in Detail..Thanks in Advance

Did you install FP1 while Cognos was running?
Did you install FP1 to all components?

Need more information.

Actuly During Report Run Time we get error like :
XQE-PLN-0248 THE COLUMN <> OF <> COULD NOT BE FOUND IN THE MODEL. POSSIBLY CAUSED BY OUT-OF-DATE QUERY SUBJECT DEFINITION.....means we dont define column at Database level and during report run time cognos try to find some column in model. which is not necessary at database level so we removed it!

after finding solution of it ,its look like BUG of Cognos tool.
so we Apply Patch like : Upgrade to IBM Cognos Business Intelligence 10.2   Fix Pack 1

and now we cant enable to run report and getting error like :

even we check memory plus there is no issues in data and query we checked all things..but cant get any solution

so we need solution of this error!

Looks like something you should log with IBM support.

I have the similar issue. I am using a DMR package FYI. I have added a level and two dimensions to the list. The report works fine when there is a singular dimension but when I added the second measure dimension the report shows the error. Could someone let me know what's the issue is or have anybody faced the similar problem?
