Title: Merge cells of excel output

Hi ,

   I have added a dataitem in list and ran for excel output, by default the single dataitem occupies 3 columns in  the excel ouput , but it should be in one column only. How to get this , can anyone help me?

Are you using cognos 10.2.1 ?

I am not sure, you could you have found the below link. If not please check it once.
