Hi All,


    I need some information on Cognos updagradation from one version to another. from 8.4 to 10.X


          I want step by step procedure used for upgradation.

         What issues we will be facing while doing upgradation

       Is there any specific tool used for doing upgradation( What is  Lifecycle manager)
