Hi,

Can someone please tell me how to display tooltip on baseline in legacy charts. Attached document with screenshots.
I am using Cognos Reporting Studio 10.2.1.1

There's nothing in the standard UI to do this, sorry - not in either of the charting engines as far as I am aware.
