Title: Report errors out on ipad but works on desktop

Hi All,

Im getting an error "Unable to Run Report – Contact your administrator" on one of the users iPad. He is able to run the report from desktop but when he tries to run the same reports from iPad this error pops up. I checked the permissions on all the objects and he has the required permission on everything he needs.

However in the Mob.log it says "CM-REQ-4011 You do not have permission to access the object"
Is there anything i might be missing?
any help is appreciated.

I had the same issue, do you have a load balanced env?
