Hi All,

I have configured Cognos 10.2.1 BI and Mobile servers and IIS. Everything is working fine but the alias URL is not working as expected. It is showing blank page and the URL is not being redirected to isapi/cgi. I had configured 'Making the ISAPI Gateway the default'.

The below URLs are working:
http://servername/alias/cgi-bin/cognosisapi.dll
http://servername/alias/cgi-bin/cognos.cgi
http://servername/alias/m

But the short URL is not working on desktop: http://servername/alias/

However it is working fine from IBM Cognos Mobile App on iPad/Mobile.

Can anyone help on this issue as soon as possible?

edit webcontent/default.htm and webcontent/index.html - replace cognos.cgi with cognosisapi.dll
