Title: Cognos Experts, I Cannot Create / Save Workspaces, Permissions Appear Correct

I'm having trouble configuring Cognos 10.2.1 so that I have Assembly permissions (Create and Save capability) for Cognos Workspace. I verified that I have Read/Write/Execute/Set Policy/Traverse permissions to the Executive Dashboard Function as well as 'Use Advanced Dashboard Features' and 'Use Interactive Dashboard Features'.

Any ideas?

Did you check if you have access for Express user interface profile ?

Did you ever get this figured out? I can open, add info but can't save. I've looked at my Capabilities and have 100% on all items in there. Where is workspace located? I'm not seeing it on my capability screen.

In a nutshell workspace usage is linked to the Executive Dashboard, and to the User Interface Profiles.
