Hello,
I've started learning cognos report Studio. I'm trying to create sample Succession Report by my self.
At the first step I got strucked. The first Column in this report is Oraganization (level1) having expression
[Employee expense].[Organization].[Organization].[Organization name (level 1)]
When I tried to take this item my list report, Data Item properties are not coming as its there in sample report.
Data Item
Type | Member Set
Dimension | Organization
while in sample report its :-
Type | Data Item
Dimension | Organization (not there)
Can some one pls help to kick start my report.

Do the below before drop data item.
in Report Studio File menu --> Report Properties -->
uncheck the Always Create Extended DataItems
