Hi All
I was wondering if there is a way to give mass view of a Portal Tab. The way I am doing it now is going into each users Cognos Profile under Set portal tabs....
Basically our security is setup where we have Portal Groups that we add users to and then we set the Portal Group as a member of the Portal Page we want them to see.
I also want them to have a Portal Tab.
Is there a way to add a Portal Tab to a group of uses without going into each user profile?

Nope. Not sure if BSP or Motio tools have something that can do this. But your stuck doing it one a time. Sucks I know. :\
I'm no SDK expert, but if you have Java coding knowledge you could possibly write something using the SDK.

I'm hoping that IBM does something for the Admins and all the repetitive tasks we have to do eventually. At least they added auto renew creds (FINALLY).
