Hello,
I am having an issue with the output version for reports. When a user with one access/organization level runs the report, it stores their version of the report. If another user with a different access/organization level runs it, they see the data from the previous person. This creates a problem because that person is A) Not seeing the data they need; and B) Is seeing the other person's data that they should not have access to.
Thanks!
James
Just deny write permissions so they can't save outputs on the organizational level reports' folder.
If they need to save, they can copy the reports or create a report view in their my folders.

An easy way to fix this is to define bursting in the report definition and have a schedule to run and burst multiple saved outputs - one for each user or each group etc. When a user comes along and clicks to view the output, they will get directed to the relevant saved output based on their CAMID.
Cheers!
