Title: Facing Error in Import Wizard.
Post by: Raghuvir on 17 Apr 2014 03:28:07 AM
Hi all,

i have migrated from 10.1 to 10.2 and m facing an error while importing the Audit package from the deployment folder.

i had uninstalled the previous version and performed fresh installation for 10.2.

i have mapped the content store for 10.1 to 10.2 so all my reports and packages get migrated.

After this upgrade i am facing issues while importing, exporing and performing consistency checks. I have attached the error which i am facing while performing these activities.Request you to guide me to resolve this issue.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

CNC-BAL-0509 errors are generic, but often mean there is a problem with the way you have configured a multi-server architecture. Is your instance split across multiple servers? Often the issue is the notification store - either you have multiple servers trying to utilise the same notification store or you have missed defining the notification store on one or more servers.

See this technote for details:

Cheers!

MF.

Hi MFGF,

I have installed it on a single server.

Could you please guide me on how to change the notification store settings?
