We have some departments with there one department mail box.
When they schedule reports default the name from the person why created the schedule is put in the FROM: user@company.com
But we want to put the department@company.com in the FROM, but I can't find where to put it.

But then the default Email from Cognos Configuration is used for the whole environment.
Is there a way how to handle this?

The only way I could think to handle this without needing an SDK change, would be to update the email address assigned to the member in your groups/users repository. Is this an option? Do you have access to your LDAP?

In that case you might need to create generic userid with you deparment's name. Provide all required access to that userid and schedule report with it.
