We installed the Cognos Theme Designer Utility. Since we use the cognos
isapi, we appended the theme designer URL as follows: http:
//MyServer/IBMCognos/themedesigner/?gateway=http:
//MyServer/IBMCognos/cgi-bin/cognosisapi.dll
We still receive the following error when trying to create a new
template or open an existing one: DPR-ERR-2101 Your request was
invalid. Please contact your administrator.
