Hi all,
I get the following error when I load the same report on my external facing cognos:

I have a few report that spit out the above error only externally but the reports load fine internally. The only difference between the two is the gateway and IIS. I've cross-checked everything and they are identical other than one gateway is open to outside world.
Thanks,
Yizi
I've noticed sometimes the report runs fine and sometimes it doesn't, and this could happen to any report.
Conflict between the two GW's, all good now.
