You can create two queries. One for Total Weight of Quotes and one for Total Wt Won. You will need to add another column say, "Measure Type" which will contain two values say "Quotes" and "Won". Then union the two queries.

For example:
Q1:
Dim1 Dim2    Measure Type      Measure
X          Y              Quotes            237945

union

Q2
Dim1 Dim2    Measure Type      Measure
X          Y              Won            121514
