Hi Gurus,
I am using Cognos Transformer 10.2.1 for building the cube.
The data being fetched is in Arabic.
Transformer is going into Unique Hierarchy path violation as the transformer is reading "?????" marks instead of Arabic language.
Please help!

I always thought that Transformer does not support unicode characters, but this document seems to imply otherwise. Perhaps it will help you.

Changing the OS locale helped me. :)

Hello Lynn/Nishant,

I am using Cognos Transformer 10.22 cube
I want display English and Arabic charters in analysis studio report.
(eg: XYZ(english)+ لأصلي نغ (Arabic)= XYZ لأصلي نغ (result)

FM and report studio reports are showing Arabic characters but when I create the cube with transformer iam getting "??????????" instead of Arabic letters.

How can I Do this.
Please help..
