After installing cognos server 10.2.1 I cant run Report Studio.
There is an error "404. cant find Stats.xml .... in path c:\....\cognos\c10\webcontent\pat\res ...." when I try to start Report Studio.
There is no Stats.xml in local path c:\....\cognos\c10\webcontent\pat\res.
Where can I get this file or what I have to install additionally?

are you on distributed instance?

I looked at my settings and also can't find stat.xml. But im able to run all studios.

Thank you feds.

I fixed my problem by repulishing packages.
