Drill through is not working in IE 11.
Its working fine in Chrome & Firefox.
Are there any Settings that needs to be changed ?

Depends on the compatibility of the browser with the version of Cognos you are using. Check the installation guide.
First thing to check - with IE11, view your report in compatibility mode.

First choose your version of Cognos. Next choose your OS (Windows or whatever) under "Requirements by platform". This brings up a multi-tab report. Click on the tab "Supported Software". If you then scroll down to the chapter "Web Browsers" you should find the compatibility info that could assist you.
