Hi Ana,

is your cognos installation based on the multi tier architecture ?

if its a multiple server installation, you will need to apply the SSL on the IIS of the server where you have installed the cognos gateway.

Thanks for the reply.

Actually it seems I have not written the issue completely. The SSL cert is required between the LDAP server and cognos services. I checked on IBM website and found below information.
