Print Page - left side border missing when export to excel

Hi all,

I am using 10.2.1 version,relationdatabase
My senario i have list when export to excel display listdata and border of list
i given block ,inside block list
block propertie 4side padding 0.5 cm
it display HTML format
but when export to excel should be display 4 side but left side border missing remaing 3side showing

note:client expecting onlu excel format not HTML format

anybod help me
