I did a search but couldn't find anything.
I have several reports in a folder and there is a job which runs those reports and saves the output in EXCEL format.
If I have to delete the saved outputs then do I have to click on those outputs and delete them one by one or is
there a way to delete all of them?
i hope there is a way to delete all in one go but as far as i know, you have to delete one by one.
there may be some workarounds though. you can export the folder of reports/views. after you run and used the excel, you can import again to overwrite the ones with saved excel.
or you can save the output instead to an external location
That's a good idea - save the output to a file system !
