Hi - I have installed Cognos 10.2.1 on AIX and configured both Cognos and Apache Tomcat that came along with the software. When I try to use the Cognos gateway URL, I get garbage back on the screen. Cognos started successfully after configuration from the AIX server. Any help would be appreciated.

Please check installation logs and if possible share the error message. Check CM and dispatcher urls are working fine. If yes then check whether GW url has been properly configured in the webserver.

As Cognoslearner1 pointed out:
Did you Setup and Configure the IBM HTTP Server or Apache Web Server? Or is your gateway configured elsewhere?
