Unable to start service after installing a new instance of Cognos 10.2.1 with FIX Pack9.
Upgrading parallely in a different location of the same server.
The older version is Cognos 10.2
Web Server: IBM HTTP 7
Oracle 11gR2 (Content store Database)
Operating System: AIX 6.1
