I have a user in my group who is telling me that sometimes they are not able to see data in Query Studio that has been updated in the database view and package recently, like it takes them longer than a few minutes or hours to see the refreshed data.
Is there a setting in the package build FM that I can check to make sure they are setting the latest data from the database as soon as it's refreshed. Or is it an issue at the report level on Query Studio?

Sounds like caching is enabled? Is the package CQM or DQM?
The first thing to check is in Project > Edit Governors. Is the "Allow usage of local cache" option currently checked? You could un-check this and re-publish the package, although this would disable all caching for everyone using the package.

It's a CQM package and the Governors -> Allow usage of local cache option is turned on. I can turn it off and see how the users like it or not. :)
