Title: In Distributed installation, does samples have to be installed on all servers

I want to install IBM Cognos Samples for Cognos 10.2.2. We have Linux Environment with 1 gateway, 2 dispatchers and 1 content manager
Do i have to run the installation of Samples on all the servers or only content manager? or only content manager and dispatchers?

As per my understanding installing samples will copy only DB files which needs to be restored in one of supported databses(oracle,db2 etc). Then you have to create DSN,datasoruces for that database. You might need to install respective drivers on each application server.

So i believe installing samples on any one server should be sufficient.
