Requirement:I have a report of total 24 data items in single query and some data items has functions to cast, trim and concatinate/add additional spaces at trailing position. But 12 data items has calculations to remove special characters, spaces, prefixes, suffixes from Last Name, First Name, and Middle Name fields and last data item will combine all 13 data items which are needed for list.
I'm using below functions multiple times to achieve above requirement.
- Position function
Sub-string function
trim function
extract function
if else conditions
Problem:
When i add another condition to remove spaces or (any other condition) between the words in a data item and tried to validate the expression it gives XML HTTP Error after a period of 1/2 hour from the starting time of validation and this 1/2 hour validation time my machine will be in hang state. If i remove that condition or other condition it validates fine.
I'm unable to figure-out the reason, if any one came over this kind of situation, please give your valuable suggestion.
