Hello,
Do any of you know how, as an administrator, we to limit the number of output versions a user can save? Also, Is there an option somewhere to completely disable this capability?
The goal is to help keep content store sizing reasonable.
Thanks,
Jeremy
Open properties of report.
Under Report output versions, keep it default as 1.
This will make sure report version in CS will never exceed 1.
I am looking for a way to prevent users from changing this option. So if a user were to set up a schedule or create a shortcut to report and schedule that, I do not want them to be able to change this option.
Thanks
Could you change the system.xml?

I will give it a try and let you all know! Thanks!
