I have a report that the user wanted only summaries so I added my summary headers and footers, then deleted the detail rows. Now they want to see details. Can I add the detail rows back in some how? All I currently have is Headers and footers with summary data in them.
Do you mean you hid the detail rows?
Go to View->Visual Aids->View Hidden Objects. Select the hidden objects and change the Box Type from None to blank.

I think that you are going to have to re-create your table. I don't know of any function within Report Studio that will bring back the report details.

If they're deleted then there's no functionality to re-display them. If your company uses Motio then you can revert back to a revision, assuming your work was saved during development.

That's what I was thinking, I tried about every combination of table insert row etc that I could think of and looking at the structure there was no list item or detail item that I could select. Thanks for the confirmation.
