I changed my password yesterday and I have a schedule on my name that now fails because the supplied credentials are no longer valid... But, when I look at the schedule, with credentials I just see my name and no way to change it? How do I change the credentials?
Your credentials should renew automatically once you login to Cognos. There is an option on the Personal tab of My Preferences to explicitly renew your credentials. Doing either of these things after password change but before your schedules kick off would stave off the problem. You'll need to re-run the failed schedules at this point.
