We have a requirement where we need to rename the Page Up, Page Down option in Cognos report HTML output with different names.And also the Page Up and Page Down Opiion needs to be moved to the bottom right side of the report output.
Please let us know whether we can customize Page Up, Page Down option using Javascript in Cognos Reports.If possible any information related to it will be helpful.
We also need to disable the Top and Bottom option in the report.
The version of the cognos we are using is Cognos 10.2.

I'm with BigChris. If you have expert knowledge of js, html, and css you might eventually make it work, but why would you do that?? And what are you going to do when you upgrade Cognos and it breaks or needs to be reimplemented?
Cognos is a BI tool, not an application development platform.
Sometimes customers/users are just unreasonable and you have to push back and say "no, this would not be a good thing to do".
I have achieved this requirement using Javascript.
