Title: Inserting instructions on Cognos Connection Portal

Hi All,
  I am trying to insert instructions on the Cognos Connection portal, ideally the instructions would be under the public folders frame. Any ideas?

You could add a custom Portal tab to Cognos Connection in which you display your instructions. Adding content to the Public Folder's isn't possible (afaik)
