Hi,

has anyone got an idea if we can query the content store and create a report regarding the users/groups and their permissions???

let me know if this is possible.

This may be possible for permissions related to users or to Cognos groups and roles. If you are setting permissions using groups in an external service (like MSAD) I suspect it can't be done.
