Hello Cognos people,
A user is getting this error "CAF-WRN-2082 An error has occurred. Please contact your administrator. The complete error has been logged by CAF with SecureErrorID". The error message "DPR-ERR-2072 Unable to load balance a request with absolute affinity" when trying to expand the hierarchies of a cube. When the user loggs on with a different computer the error doesnt occur. The strange thing is that the error only occurs when the user is trying to use that specific cube on her computer. If she tries to build a report using a different cube it works good or if she uses another computer she can build a report against the cube that doesnt work on her computer. No other users are facing this issue and when clearing the cache locally on her computer it works but just for a short time.
Has anyone experienced this before and could it be something that is wrongly configured or her computer having poor performance ?
Would it be best practise to use Content store as Tempory object location instead of Server File System?
