In report Studio I applied Values prompts on the report header
my question is when we run the report, the prompts should be static ( if we move to second page or third page, prompts should dispaly on the top of the report/ it should be static)
(Freeze the prompts and naviagtion bar at the top of the page so that it is static when scrolling.)
please send the solution
If you are working with list report, Cognos support has a document that explains how to freeze the header. You can insert the prompt inside the header and make them static by following that document.

Thanks for your reply, I have value prompts on Report Header (couple of Queries) , for eg:- I am using Region as Value Prompt on Report Header, but I don't have that column in the report page. How can I proceed in this scenario
It'd be a lot of work if you want to that way. For idea, you can use one list and use the list headers act as report headers and then inserting another list for report data.
But instead, just set the pagination of the report header prompts to repeat every page. That way users can see report prompts on every page when they page down.
