hello all
I work for a company which is a heavy user of cognos reports embedded in ms excel using the addon.
we recently upgraded from 10.1 and 10.2, and one of the new published features is that report prompts can be defined within MS office.
ie end user refreshes a report and is prompted with product group to select.
problem is I cant get this function working. any report with a prompt fails to import "client found response context type of text/html but expected text/xml" .....
further in the IBM cognos pane in excel, in the properties window I cant see any thing about prompt options/settings.
any one have any ideas? using excel 2010. office add on is 10.2.2
