Hello,
I have an issue while starting cognos service or running any reports. BIBusTKServerMain.exe process get into suspended mode. This make system down situation where we unable to run any report.
- Data source connection test successfully.
- I have tried post - https://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=ibm10729045. but did not help.
This started recently, before a week it was working fine.
Please share your suggestion.
