Hi all,
My MS office version is Office 365 MSO (16.0.11727.20222) 32 bits.
I used to have the Cognos Go Office 10.2.2 installed and working correctly. But now, since 2 weeks, the Cognos pane on the right supposed to display the Cognos elements, reports, etc .. is always blank. I can login, I can even refresh data of existing reports, but I cannot browse anymore in my Cognos items and select another report or see the elements of an existing report embedded.
Does anybody experience the same problem? Is there an official "bug" or something.
I tried to install the Cognos plug for Cognos Analytics, but I have the same behavior.

Hi all,
For information, I got a solution from an "expert" (I'm really glad for having received this answer). I post it here, as finally it was somewhere in the support of IBM, but I was not able to find it.
