Cognos Analytics is already set up with SSL.
Failed to save Cognos Config for Transformer:
The certificate received from peer is not trusted.

Tried to change this Cognos 10 command to fit Cognos 11 but to no prevail:
ThirdPartyCertificateTool.bat -T -i -r root.cer -D ..\configuration\signkeypair -p NoPassWordSet
Error could not find a JRE.

Can you help?
