... will not open the screen for "New Link" with two queries below for Joining, Cardinality ,,,

Running Cognos 10.2.2

I have authored almost 18 months of Cognos Analytics, and 5-months prior to that of Cognos 10.2.2
at another Client, but NEVER couldn't get the "Join Icon" to open.

Thoughts please.  TIA, Bob
