Print Page - Background image doesn't work in Prompt page

Title: Background image doesn't work in Prompt page

I insert image in Prompt page as below:
- Add URL in Bakground image
- Run Report

Result: image not being shown (I am using Active report in cognos 10.2.2)

So can anyone help me ? (When I try with Report Page, it work)
