Title: Conditional style logic
Post by: asmfloyd on 10 May 2021 03:37:44 PM
Hello,
I have 2 list reports in a page (each using different sql). I would like to hide them if either one is empty.

I tried creating 2 style variables (one for each of the list to see whether it is empty) and can hide individually by making Boxtype None. But I cannot  keep them together because I need to add the query at the page level to avoid "CRX-API-0005 error " and I can only keep one query at page level.
Is there any other option to keep style variables for both the list reports?

Thanks,

Hi,

Have you tried using the "No data contents" property of each List? By default it will display a message that says "No Data Available" when the list is empty but you can edit the text to remove this message, so that nothing appears when the list is empty. It sounds like an easier way to achieve the result you need?

Cheers!

MF.
